An Important Choice
Everyone has their own dreams that change their life. When I was in high school, I had an important dream which was join to University of Mongolia. I studied a lot of math because my grandfather was a financier that is why he wanted me to be a financier. Also I interested that major and math. However, my parents wanted to send me to America, and changed my major. It had changed my dream and my life. There were two big reasons that were English and High education system.
First of all, at that time in Mongolia, English was the number one important language. Also English is the second language for a lot of foreign country’s people. Everyone was trying to study English when they get free. Also my parents took me English course for three month in school. Then I started to learn English. It is still hard to me because I haven’t studied English in my high school. I just used to study math for financier, as a result, I couldn’t learn English. After a few months later, I felt that I was getting better. That day was awesome day for me.
Second of all, the education is the most important in Mongolia and everywhere. Mongolian university and college have high education system. I had two choices which were study in Mongolia or America but my parents and I had chosen the United States of America. After I got my visa, I left my family, friends, my own land, and everything because of the high education system that will help my future life. Nowadays, if I don’t have knowledge and major, I won’t make a family and don’t have to think about good life.
People should have a dream at least one because if people have a dream, I will fight with problem for their dreams. The young people should study a lot, when they are young. After we got education and knowledge, we can do everything by our head.

The English

The English
Why do people learn English? Nowadays English is developing language and the number one language in the world. English came from Latin that has twenty six letters, and one of the main three languages of United Nations. Everyone wants to study English and it is the second language in my country that’s why I m studying English in America. English is hard to study for new international students like me and also they get American culture shocks.
First of all, new students come in America, they want to travel around the city but some of them can not because of English. Every student does not have to be good at English. After I graduated high school, my parents sent me to America. First time, I came in here; I was not good at English. My English knowledge was poor. I used to know Basic English. Such as; “Hello” and “My name is Mandakh”. That was it. So I faced a lot of hard times which are speaking, writing, listening etc…
Second of all, most of students get American culture shocks. Because everything in English, people speak English and also culture in English those are tough to understand for foreign country’s people. When I got here, products costs were higher than my country. The most expensive one was cigarettes that were six times more expensive. Also I shocked by Thanksgiving, Easter holidays. When I got here, I got culture shocks; however, I liked them.
In my opinion, many people learning English and living in America that is good for their future life. If we can learn English fluently, we can live in the future. Everything doesn’t be easy. People should always do their best whenever our hard things will be easy for you.

My Favorite Song is....

One of the My Favorite Song
All people have their favorite songs in musical art. The musical is the important for people. People can feel relax and good feeling from musical but some of them don’t. I love to listen pop music often which is Can you feel the love tonight because when I was in 9 years old, I watched the movie Lion King for the first time. Soundtrack of lion king song has won the academic award for best original song. Since then, it became my favorite movie and song. And every time, when I hear this song, it brings all the good memories of my childhood back and also I love that song’s piano sound and lyrics.
I heard the soundtrack of lion king while my feeling was awesome and I was playing with my sister. Since at that time, I used to listen that song when I get angry and sad. It used to influence me calm down. I still love that soundtrack. Also my sister likes to listen that song. That was my sister’s the first song of America, I was really excited and surprised. I loved it when I heard it first time because of lyrics, piano and Elton Jones.
I think Walt Disney made a wise choice by letting Elton John to sing this soundtrack, and “Can you feel the love tonight” is one of the Elton John’s most commercially successful and widely known songs. Lyrics to this song were written by Tim Rice, and the music was composed by Elton John himself. Melody in this song is very beautiful and lyrics have a lot of feelings in it.
In conclusion, it has won the academic award that’s why song was the best song at that time. I think “Can you feel the love tonight?” that has nice lyrics which are so close to me. I remind about my sister whenever I hear that song. If I ever have to learn the piano, I will definitely learn how to play this piece.
