Take Care of Your Weight
Many people worry about their weight but some of them cannot control their gain weight which is bad for their health. The health is the most important thing every people and life creatures. Why people gain weight? Gain weight is depends on people, which is they don’t care of their weight. If people don’t care of their body, of course they are going to gain weight. Nowadays, a lot of people are getting over weight that means they eat too much calories food, not enough exercises and cannot control their self for gain weight.
Eat too much calories food is big important thing for gain weight. People don’t notice about getting weight and can’t take care of that so they are getting fat slowly every day, weeks, months and years. “… The epidemic rise of weight gain and obesity is directly linked to the overconsumption...” (Parvaz et al., Section: News pg. 08a). They don’t know about that because they see their body everyday it means they can’t see their little bit weight. For example, first time I got here, my weight was 150 pounds. After six months later I returned my country for visiting then I met my family. At that time, they were surprised because I gained weight about more 20 pounds but I did not feel it before.
Some people take care of their weight but most of them don’t care of their body and health because they feel bad after they have gained weight. “… A Pentagon report that 75% of applicants ages 17-24 can’t qualify for service and one of the main reason is excess weight…” (News pg. 08a) Do exercises after eat is really good for health and lose weight. Actually, exercises are the number one of lose weight by easily. Also probably they will be good at athletics, and live long time. However, people don’t do exercises because of lazy. Then they choose easy ways for lose weight which are medicine, technology and lot of bad things. It makes them allergy, bad health and weak body.
Nowadays people are getting fat too fast in every country, my country too. However, people know about their weight is getting high, they don’t control their self. I think, they want to lose weight but their body and mind weren’t controlled by them. So they can’t do anything, stop eating and exercises for them health. Then they gain weight faster than before because they cannot control their self that is really stupid and impossible thing.
I think if people want to take care of their health and body, they should fight with their self actively or they are going to lose their future active life. Future studies are needed to establish the contribution that the school-nutrition environment makes an overall youth dietary intake behavior…” (Vol.80, No. 5, pg. 231)…” Actually everyone knows about bad thing for gain weight but they don’t fight with that. In my opinion, do exercises, control us, and eat over the limit are not those much hard. After people have gained weight, they regret about past time. Just do your best for your worry things.
